Where can I download Zero No Tsukaima Season 2, Episode 12 that can be opened in Sony Vegas Pro.8?

I downloaded really much times Zero No Tsukaima Season 2, Epidose 12,
But it can't be opened in Sony Vegas...
Do someone know a link or something to that episode that can be opened
in Sony Vegas? cuz i want to make an AMV with it in sony vegas..
